Webinar with Hannah Thorpe on Finding your Version of the Perfect Customer Experience

On Monday 13th June, we hosted a webinar with Hannah Thorpe, White.net’s Head of SEO, for a pragmatic approach to the idealistic view of the dream customer experience.

Hannah explained that getting the perfect start-to-finish customer experience is near to impossible; from the initial awareness stages to the final purchase, each customer is looking for something different from the brands they’re interacting with, so this view of an ‘ideal’ must be discounted.

Instead, as Hannah describes in this webinar, we need to focus on finding a Pareto optimal when it comes to CX. To do this, it’s important to understand that the different elements of the consumer journey hold varying levels of importance depending on the product/service you’re offering.
